Who operates TCL Games

Information used by the platform

• Account information: Google sign-in provides account information such as your email address, name and profile image. Our account service keeps an account identifier and sign-in information. Existing password accounts may also sign in using their email and password.
• Player profiles: a nickname, an avatar choice and a link to the grown-up’s account. Please choose an invented nickname, not a child’s full name.
• Game progress: levels, checkpoints, scores, stars, completion status, last-played times and game-specific saved state.
• Technical information: hosting and account services may process information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure the service.

Player profiles do not ask for a child’s email address, date of birth, address or real name. Nicknames and saved progress are still information about a player; we do not describe the service as collecting “no child data.”

Why this information is used

We use account and player information to sign you in, keep players separate, restore saved progress and restrict access to your account’s information. Technical information helps the service run and supports troubleshooting and security.

Games and service providers

TCL games may open on separate TCL subdomains. When a connected game is launched from the hub, a temporary pass gives it access to the selected player’s nickname, avatar and progress for that game. The launch connection does not send your Google password to the game.

Google handles Google sign-in. Lovable Cloud provides account, data and hosting services. These providers process information needed to operate their services and have their own privacy policies. TCL Games has no in-game advertising or purchases.

Storage on your device

The platform uses browser storage to keep your sign-in session and remember the selected player on that device. Individual games may also store progress locally. Clearing browser data can remove local saves or sign you out; local saves are not the same as progress saved to your account.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can manage and delete player profiles on your account’s Account & players page. To request access to, correction of or deletion of account information and saved progress, email us from the account email address. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Account and progress records are kept to support continued play unless removed. Service-provider backups and security logs may remain subject to their retention processes. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

Children and changes to this policy

A parent or guardian should create and manage the account and supervise its use. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not be stored, contact us so we can investigate and help remove it.

When this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
